Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of the Focus Garage app. By downloading or using the app, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
What the app is
Focus Garage is a focus timer with a collection system: every completed session earns a pixel-art car for your garage. It is a personal organization tool. It is not a health service and does not replace medical or psychological care.
Your account
You need an account created with Sign in with Apple or Google. You are responsible for maintaining access to it and for what happens through it. We may suspend accounts used for illegal activity or attempts to circumvent payment.
Subscription
Focus Garage offers auto-renewing subscriptions with monthly and annual plans. The App Store shows the price, currency, billing period, and any available offer before confirmation. The information shown by the App Store at purchase controls the transaction.
Free trial
When the App Store offers the promotion and the account is eligible, Focus Garage offers 7 days free. Apple determines eligibility from your Apple ID history in the Focus Garage subscription group. If you have already used an introductory offer in the group, you may not receive another trial.
The App Store, not Focus Garage, makes this decision. The app checks with the App Store before showing the button. Before confirmation, the screen states whether the trial will begin or the charge will be immediate.
Billing and renewal
- Your App Store account is charged when you confirm the purchase or when the free trial ends.
- The subscription renews automatically for the same period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
- Renewal is charged within the 24 hours before the current period ends.
How to cancel
You can cancel at any time under iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions. We cannot cancel for you because Apple manages the subscription. After cancellation, access continues until the end of the period you already paid for.
Restore purchases
You can use Restore purchases in the app to ask the App Store for an active subscription linked to the same Apple ID. Restoring does not create a new charge.
Deleting your Focus Garage account does not cancel the Apple subscription. Cancel it separately in Settings to prevent future renewals.
Refunds
Apple handles refunds for App Store purchases under its own rules. Submit a request at reportaproblem.apple.com. This does not affect the rights granted to you by Brazil’s Consumer Protection Code.
Price changes
If a price changes, we notify you in advance, and the new price applies only to future renewals. Apple asks for your confirmation when an increase requires it.
What you may and may not do
You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app under these terms and the Apple Standard EULA. You may not copy, resell, rent, reverse engineer, or extract the app's artwork for use elsewhere.
The Focus Garage name, pixel art, cars, and code belong to us or to the parties that licensed them to us.
Content and availability
The car collection, rarity levels, and game rules may change as the app evolves. We do our best to preserve what you have earned, but we do not promise that every item will remain available forever.
No warranties
The app is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee that it will operate without interruptions or errors or remain available at all times. Features that depend on the App Store, Supabase, Screen Time, or Health also depend on those services being available.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages or lost profits resulting from use of the app. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the subscription during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing here excludes liability that Brazilian law does not allow us to exclude, including liability under the Consumer Protection Code.
Termination
You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time. We may end access if you violate these terms or misuse the app.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date above identifies the latest version, and material changes are announced inside the app. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the new version.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. Any dispute will be heard by the courts of the consumer’s place of residence.
